		<description>Hi,
I found this a very interesting website and in particular this article. You might be interested other rental issues that often get overlooked and which is based on my own personal experience as part of a Right to Manage company. We have private tenants in the block in which I live with a roof that needs replacing. When they took the flats in the summer it wasn&#039;t a particular problem but you can imagine the difficulties they encountered when bad weather set in. This is obviously something that the individual landlord has no control over, other than to pay his service charges to enable areas like this to be maintained. So, another question that renting tenants should ask is who the block agent is and has the prospective landlord been paying his service charges?

Our tenants have been all but pulling out their own hair on this issue but were placed in situ by landlords who were only too aware of the problems.

I hope that you find this insight useful because as a former renting tenant for a number of years, I find it horrifying that tenants are still at the mercy of landlords being somewhat economical with the truth!

Kind Regards
Sharon
