Dampness & Rot in Floor

This is probably one of the most common repair items that occur in property maintenance.

Dampness has three main sources:

  • Rising Damp
  • Penetrating Damp
  • Condensation

Floor:

  1. Failed or no Damp Membrane
  2. Condensation
  3. Cracking/heave in concrete
  4. Poor Sub Floor Ventilation
