Location, Location, Location
There are various factors that can affect the marketability of your home and should be considered carefully before you buy. It is frequently stated that the three most important factors in property value, desirability and for capital growth are Location, Location and Location.
General Location
When buying a new home it is, as a rule of thumb, worth buying into the best area your budget will allow. This is because these areas generally perform best in good and bad markets and will frequently rise in value at a greater rate than less desirable areas.
